THE CHALLENGE:

Transitioning from facilitated sessions to digital learning

With ambitious growth plans, the CBI needed to revitalise their way of learning. They already had an in-person training programme in place however, after the pandemic they decided it was time to convert their instructor-led materials into eLearning courses that employees can complete at their convenience. They were completely new to learning management systems (LMS) and decided to make this transition externally to ensure the best possible result from the final product.

The CBI used LearnUpon and the power of cloud-based software to create an all-in-one learning solution with custom eLearning courses to align with their L&D strategy. Their team collaborated with the ThinkBiscuit team for feedback and support to implement an LMS that would not only handle their current needs but future needs as well.
