In 2017, Michael founded ThinkBiscuit after finding himself without a job one Thursday afternoon (through no fault of his own!). After over a decade of experience in the learning and development arena, he set out with the goal of supporting businesses to create great learning experiences their teams are sure to remember.

Michael wasn't alone in his venture and was fortunate to be able to initially quickly bring in great people he'd worked with previously. We quickly got cracking and after working hard to bring our first few clients on board (some of which we're still working with today), our biscuity path has taken us forward to bigger and better things.
